Applications are invited from eligible genuine Bangladeshi citizens to fill the following vacant posts under the revenue sector of the Bangladesh Election Commission Secretariat and field offices under its jurisdiction through direct recruitment.

In filling the application form and participating in the examination, the following conditions must be followed:
Candidates age should be between 18-30 years as on 31 October 2024. However, age limit is relatable up to 32 years in case of physically challenged and children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age.

Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. In case of departmental candidates, subject to fulfillment of all conditions, the option of Departmental Candidate should be selected while filling the online application form. This condition does not apply to others. [Departmental candidate means an employee who has been employed permanently or temporarily for at least 2 (two) years in the revenue sector of the Election Commission Secretariat and field offices under its jurisdiction].

In case of recruitment, the existing rules and quotas of the Government, amended (where applicable) rules and quotas shall be followed.
At the time of participation in the oral examination, original copies of all educational qualification certificates and certificates issued by the concerned authorities in support of special quota (where applicable) along with original copies of national identity cards must be produced.

Besides, at the time of oral examination, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as a proof of permanent resident of the district and if the applicant is the child of a freedom fighter, martyred freedom fighter or veteran, the applicant is the child of a freedom fighter, martyred freedom fighter or veteran, issued by the concerned Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation. The original copy of the certificate has to be shown.

The appointing authority reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the number of posts mentioned in the notification.
Candidates shall undergo written, practical and oral examination as applicable. Exam venue and schedule will be informed later. No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for appearing in the examination.
Defective/incomplete applications shall be deemed rejected without assigning any reason.
The decision of the authority in any matter related to recruitment and recruitment process shall be considered as final.
